Learn the technical skills necessary for new construction and renovation work, including layout and design, framing, sheetrocking, trimming, and roofing. Organizational skills, estimating procedures, reading blueprints, and green construction techniques are also emphasized. Gain hands-on experience renovating and constructing buildings.
