Using professional equipment, learn how to prepare basic and gourmet food. Students are introduced to all aspects of the restaurant industry while working in our fully-equipped kitchen. Instruction prepares students for the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certification exam.

Admission Requirements*
  • Passing score on a reading comprehension exam
  • Positive suitability interview
  • Students must successfully complete Year I to proceed to Year II

*Students with two years of full-time work experience or training in the field may be eligible to have the prerequisites waived.
