Rockland BOCES and our Rockland County school districts are committed to supporting our students and families during these unprecedented times.
Grab and go meals are available for eligible students. Children and families may not eat the meals at a distribution site due to social distancing guidance from federal, state and local health agencies.
Rockland BOCES and our component school districts will provide updates to this list, as needed. Please check school district websites for possible changes to this information.
Clarkstown Central School District
The Clarkstown Central School District will provide offer daily lunch pick-ups for students learning remotely as well as a weekly breakfast pick-ups for all students to be eaten at home. Breakfast will not be served in schools with the exception of Birchwood.
Weekly Breakfast Pick-up will be every Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Felix Festa Drop-Off / Pick-up Road. The meals are available to students in the Free and Reduced Meal Program and any student who may be in need of this service at this time.
Daily Lunch Pick-up will be Monday-Thursday from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Felix Festa Drop-Off / Pick-up Road for all CCSD students who are learning remotely. Friday meals will be distributed on Thursday. Please note: Due to the need for buses for transportation to in-person learning, the district is unable to continue meal delivery service.’

East Ramapo Central School District
The East Ramapo Central School District will provide Grab and Go breakfast and lunch every week day, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., outside all of the District’s public schools, the Spring Valley Police Headquarters, and the Martin Luther King Center through December 31, 2020.

North Rockland Central School District
The North Rockland Central School District will have three different locations throughout the school community for meal distribution. Meal distribution locations will be open from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Families can pick up meals at any of the designated locations:
• James A. Farley Elementary School (Stony Point)
• Haverstraw Elementary School (Village of Haverstraw)
• North Rockland High School (Thiells)
As of September 22nd, NRCSD is providing meals meals three times-a-week on the following schedule:
• Monday – 2 meals per child
• Wednesday – 2 meals per child
• Friday – 2 meals per child
During these times, bagged meals including lunch for that day and breakfast for the following morning will be available for pickup in the front of the building.

Nanuet Union Free School District
Starting Wednesday, September 23, the Nanuet Union Free School District will begin distributing meals to students.
Pick-up for the high school is Tuesday at 3PM in the café. All other schools (Miller, Highview and Barr) will be able to pick-up meals from 9-10AM on Wednesday in their respective back parking lots. See additional details below:

Nyack Public Schools
Nyack students who receive free/reduced lunch will be able to pick up a bagged breakfast and lunch at the Nyack Center, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Pearl River School District
During this time of school closure, the Pearl River School District will continue to provide food for those students who are eligible for free/reduced lunch effective. Students who currently receive free/reduced lunch may pick up a bagged breakfast and lunch at Pearl River High School’s Pirate Cove between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Rockland BOCES
For Rockland BOCES and out-of-district students who regularly receive breakfast and lunch on a typical school day, please visit the website of your home school district for specific information on meal access and distribution locations. Rockland BOCES has provided to each district a list of students eligible for free and reduced meals.
South Orangetown Central School District
School breakfast and lunch are free for all South Orangetown Central School District students through December 31, 2020. Families must pre-order meals online by noon on Wednesday for the following week. Students who have ordered meals for the week they are attending school in-person will have meals delivered to them or be able to pick up their meals from a designated location, according to their school schedule. All meals ordered for students during their remote learning week must be picked up between 9AM-noon on Mondays from the South Orangetown Middle School Auditorium (Erie Street entrance). Suffern Central School District
Meal delivery service ends on Wednesday, September 23. Free breakfast and lunch will still be available to ALL students at their school building, as we begin in-person hybrid learning. For families that wish to take home meals on the days their children are virtual, we will have pre-packaged meals available to bring home on either Tuesday or Friday (depending on what days your child attends school). Students who have opted to remain fully virtual are still eligible to receive free meals, which will be available for pick up at Suffern Middle School on Monday and Thursday mornings.
