Youth Connections strives to create a program that is tailored to meet YOUR needs. Participants facing academic, emotional, financial and/or other obstacles are matched with a Case Manager who helps to navigate the challenges. The Case Manager assists the participant in developing a Career Pathway that outlines career goals and the strategies to help them achieve these goals. Support services are also available to each participant and include:

• Mentoring
• Tutoring
• Public transportation tickets
• Referrals to other health and human service agencies
• Incentive checks
• School supplies, including textbooks
• Financial literacy workshops
