Collaboratives
Rockland BOCES partners with school districts, community-based service organizations and government agencies on a number of collaborative programs aimed to support the development of an educated and healthy local workforce.
Family Resource Center (FRC)
The Family Resource Center programs and services include academic, social and enrichment activities; information and referrals to community agencies and support; and, workshops on a variety of topics important to BOCES families. Community partners include: MHA Westchester, MHA Rockland and Rockland 21st Century Collaborative for Children and Youth.

The FRC Foundation supports the Family Resource Center, which offers an array of programs, events and services for Rockland BOCES students and their families.

Rockland Works
Rockland Works contributes to Rockland County’s economic growth by supporting the needs of local employers and job seekers through resources and services offered in a true “one-stop” environment. Rockland Works provides career counseling, job listings, workshops, linkages to training options and similar employment-related services.

Behavioral Health Response Team (BHRT)
This community-based, mobile service delivers integrated behavioral health and medical services to families in crisis. BHRT works with the emergency department and the Behavioral Health Center at Nyack Hospital, outpatient providers, and local police and emergency services in Rockland County.

Mental Health Association of Westchester
MHA is a community-based nonprofit offering recovery-focused mental health services at a licensed clinic at BERC. A full range of clinical services, including individual, family and group therapy, is offered in a professional, confidential and comfortable setting.

Youth Connections
Youth and young adults (ages 14-24) who participate in the Youth Connections program are afforded the opportunity to learn the skills they need to achieve in their chosen career path.

The Rockland County Partnership for Safe and Healthy Youth Center is a collaborative designed to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of services for youth and their families.

RTC Institute
The Rockland Teachers’ Center (RTC) Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding the education of the community. RTCI offers lifelong, high-quality programs for all sectors of the community including continuing education, professional learning, student enrichment programs and community opportunities. Rockland BOCES serves as the LEA for Rockland Teachers’ Center.
